This recipe is one of the best you can make at your home under 30 minutes. This is such an easy and classic recipe that everyone should give it a try.
Ingredients:
Preparation :
You will need 1 cup of raw rice to make about 3 cups of cooked rice.
After rinsing, cook according to package instruction. Then, once cooked, let it completely cool.
Then cut up boneless skinless chicken thighs, or if you like you can use breasts, into bite sized pieces, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet on medium high heat and cook the chicken until it’s no longer pink. Set the chicken aside.
Use the same skillet to cook the beans, season with salt and pepper, pour in about 1/4 cup of water, cover the skillet and cook until the green beans are tender. Set them aside as well.
In the same skillet, over medium-high heat, add some oil, and cook the onion, carrots, peas and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes. Once cooked, set them aside. Add one teaspoon of oil into the skillet and scramble the egg. Mix the eggs with the vegetable mix.
Add the chilled rice and chicken. Add some soy sauce on top, and stir the ingredients a couple of times. Cook for about 2 minutes, just until everything gets heated through.
