Pineapple Pudding

  • 1 small pineapple
  • 3-4 bananas
  • 125 grams of rice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 750 milliliter milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel


For this pudding is used fresh pineapple, but also can take and canned pineapple. Cook rice in milk with sugar. Mix the grated rind of lemon. Cut into pieces of banana, and add them to the milk and rice. This mass pour into a mold for the ice cream, put on ice and around the rice put some shredded pineapple. Pineapple juice pour rice and so serve.
