Chocolate Sandwich





We all know that the breakfast is the most important and certainly should not skip it. We also know that there are super-healthy versions of the most important meals, such as porridge, eggs, whole sandwiches, but sometimes we can afford some sweet sin, right?

Chocolate is always the number one choice for the children so this recipe is one of the ways to bring joy to your children. My son and his friends really enjoy this meal.
Although this is not a healthy meal sometimes you just need to meet the needs of your children.
If you do not have time to prepare dessert this is the perfect solution for you and your family members.


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 200gr of bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 8 slices thin sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted hazelnuts


Preparation:

Heat milk just until boiling. Add chocolate, let stand for 1 minute, then spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Divide the chocolate mixture on the unbuttered side of 4 slices, leaving a little border. Press chocolate chips and nuts, into the chocolate. Cover with the remaining slices of bread, buttered-side up, and press lightly. Cook the sandwiches in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn over, press with a spatula, and cook until nicely browned and the chocolate is barely melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Serve warm.

Pizza - Tortilla





This is an easy homemade recipe. The idea is to have fun making this. You can make a plain cheese tortilla pizza or add almost any topping you prefer. So you can use what you have in your refrigerator. Save time and money. The recipe of the tortilla pizza is so simple, but there are a few tricks to getting a perfectly crispy crust and melted cheese, so be sure to read the recipe below, for my proven method for perfect tortilla pizza.

Ingredients:

  • 8 tortilla of size 15 cm
  • 16 tablespoons prepared pizza sauce
  • 200 gr of leaves baby spinach
  • 250 gr of shredded mozzarella
  • a few leaves of fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive

Preparation:

Place tortilla on a plate and spread pizza sauce over it. Top with an even layer of spinach and sprinkle cheese on top. Microwave on high until the cheese is just melted, about 2-3 minutes. When the cheese is melted, add the chopped basil, a few oliv and carefully roll up the tortilla. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into pieces, if desired.


TIP:

Do not add uncooked meat or fish because is cooking in the mikrowave, food must be previously thermally processed. You can use last night's leftovers, shred roasted chicken and add on the tortilla. Also you can cook as a main dish or as a snack. Make a few different types and share with friends and family on the party.

Apple Pie





Crust :

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons ice water


Filling

12 cups thinly sliced peeled apples
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch of ground allspice
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 egg white, lightly beaten
Preparation:


To prepare crust:

Whisk 2 1/2 all-purpose flour, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large bowl. Cut butter into small pieces and, with your fingers, quickly rub them into the dry ingredients until the pieces are smaller but still visible. Add sour cream and oil; toss with a fork to combine with the dry ingredients. Sprinkle water over the mixture. Toss with a fork until evenly moist. Knead the dough with your hands in the bowl a few time, he mixture will still be a little crumbly. Turn out onto a clean surface and knead a few more times, until the dough just holds together. Divide the dough in half and shape into 5-inch-wide disks. Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.


To prepare filling:

Combine apples, brown sugar, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and pinch of salt in a large bowl. Reserving 4 cups, transfer the rest of the apple mixture to a oven. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the apples are tender and beginning to break down, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in the reserved apples and 2 tablespoons flour; let cool for about 30 minutes. To assemble & bake pie: Position a rack in lower third of oven; preheat to 425°F. Remove the dough from the refrigerator; let stand for 5 minutes to warm slightly. Roll one portion between sheets of parchment or wax paper into a 13-inch circle. Peel off the top sheet and invert the dough into a 9 1/2-inch deep-dish pie pan. Peel off the remaining paper. Scrape the filling into the crust. Roll the remaining portion of dough between sheets of parchment or wax paper into another 13-inch circle. Peel off the top sheet of paper and invert the dough onto the fruit. Peel off the remaining paper. Trim the crust so it overhangs evenly. Tuck the top crust under the bottom crust, sealing the two together and making a plump edge. Flute the edge with your fingers. Combine 1 teaspoon granulated sugar and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush the crust with egg white and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar. Cut 6 steam vents in the top crust. Bake the pie on the bottom rack for 25 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 370° and continue baking until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling, 20 to 30 minutes more. Let cool on a wire rack for about 2 hours.

Meat Rolls





Ingredients :

· 2 cups flour
· 4 tablespoons cold butter
· 1 teaspoon baking powder
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· 1 cup yogurt
· salt and pepper
· 400gr fresh pair of sausage for breakfast
· cheese to taste


Preparation:


In flour add the chopped butter, baking powder, baking soda, yogurt, salt and pepper. Knead the dough. Dough shake out onto a floured surface and pat hands and make a cuboid. Over the dough evenly freshly ground sausage for breakfast.Turn to roll and cut into little thicker pieces with a knife for bread. Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. You can optionally add the cheese .

Chocolate Cheesecake





Ingredients :

3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 packages cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract



Directions Prepare crumb crust by combining cracker or wafer crumbs, butter or margarine, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press mixture into bottom and 2 inches up sides of a 9 inch springform pan. Refrigerate.
Melt chocolate chips in top of a double boiler over hot water. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Blend in eggs. Gradually pour in chocolate mixture beating on low speed until well-blended. Add 1/2 cup sour cream, flour, vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared crust.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 55 - 60 minutes or until filling is firm. Turn oven off. Cool cheesecake 1 hour without opening door. Cool completely. Chill several hours or over night.

Banana Bread





Ingredients :

3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3-4 bananas)
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons dark rum
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon flaked sweetened coconut
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice


Directions :

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring with a whisk. Place white sugar and butter in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add banana, yogurt, rum, and vanilla; beat until blended. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed just until moist. Stir in 1/2 cup coconut. Spoon batter into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon coconut. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes on a wire rack; remove from pan. Combine powdered sugar and juice, stirring with a whisk; drizzle over warm bread. Cool completely on a wire rack and serve chilled.

Quiche with cheese and spinach






Ingredients for the dough :

· 250 gram of flour ,
· 1 egg ,
· 100 gram butter, softened ,
· 3 tablespoons of olive oil ,
· 1 tablespoon of sour cream ,
· A pinch of salt .

Knead the dough, put in refrigerator for 45 minutes .

Ingredients for the filling:

· 500 gram cottage cheese ,
· sour cream,
· 1 egg ,
· 3 tablespoons of olive oil ,
· 300 gram washed baby spinach ,


All the ingredients thoroughly. Roll out the dough, put in a mold coated with butter, put the dough two spoon of olive oil, so smear, put the stuffing, bake at 180 degrees - 30 minutes. Serve hot!

Meatballs From The Oven





Ingredients:

· 300g minced meat
· 300g grated potatoes
· 1 head onions
· 1 small red peppers
· 1 egg
· salt, ground pepper
· 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
· 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
· 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
· 2 tablespoons oil

Ingredients for the sauce:

· 2.5 ounces cream for cooking
· 100 gram grated cheese
· 1 garlic
· 2 pinches of crushed red pepper
· finely chopped parsley


Preparation:


In bowl put ground meat, grated potatoes, finely chopped onion, finely chopped into cubes
red peppers,ground pepper, turmeric powder, chopped parsley. Stir well to unite the masses
and add 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of oil and all stir well.
From mass to make balls, arrange on a baking sheet that we previously ointment.
Put in preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake 30 minutes. During this time the vessel
put 2.5 ounces of cream, 100 grams grated cheese and 1 garlic puree.Stir and remove
meatballs from the oven, pour sauce of cream, return to oven and bake another 15 minutes.
Baked sprinkle chopped parsley and crushed red pepper.

Homemade Raffaelo




For some time I was looking for the completely different recipe for Raffaello balls ...that they are not with powdered milk neither of the pudding, that does not contain a lot of margarine, sugar, etc., and again, that they are not complicated to prepare, to be from readily available ingredients, and with that there and to taste more reminiscent of unparalleled original Raffaello balls.
You might even think to yourself well, too criteria!
Well maybe, but I'm not a bit sorry that I asked myself all these tremendous demands before I went into action with Raffaello balls because with a little imagination I was able to think of a combination that made me and my household completely thrilled. :)
This is Raffaello from just a few ingredients, so gentle and light taste. If I managed to intrigue you, continue reading the recipe. ;)

Ingredients:

• 200 grams of white chocolate
• 2 dl heavy cream
• 150 grams of coconut
• 100 grams of almonds

Preparation :

In a small pot, heat the cream, but you must not let to start boiling. When the cream is heated add to it finely torned white chocolate. You must be very careful that the temperature is not too high so the mixture does not boil. When the chocolate is completely melted, remove it from heat and add coconut. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to cool slightly. Make balls the size of walnuts in which you will put one almond and roll in coconut.
Every ball, sort on the tray for desserts and serve.

Princes donuts




Ingredients :

· 1 cup ( 200 ml )of Oil
· 2 cups of water
· 1 baking powder
· 2 cups of flour
· 4 eggs

Phil :

· 1 liter of milk
· 15 tablespoons of sugar
· 13 tablespoons of flour
· 1 margarine ( 250 gr )

Preparation:

1 cup oil and 2 cups of water put to boil,
then add 2 cups of flour.
This mixture allow to cool and then add the baking powder
and 4 eggs , one at a time .
Hands or trained bag shape donuts and bake at 220 degrees.

For the filling : Mix the sugar and flour with a little milk
heat up in the remaining milk , like pudding .
Mix until a smooth and put mixture.
Cool filling and add whipped margarine .
The filling can be added to chocolate flavorings optionally ...

Pizza Muffin





Ingredients dough:

· 700 grams flour ,
· 1 cup of milk
· 1/4 cup of soda ,
· 1/3 cup of oil
· 1 egg,
· 2 teaspoons salt ,
· 1 teaspoon sugar ,
· 1 yeast

Preparation:

In the lukewarm milk to put sugar and yeast to melt!
In mixing egg, soda, salt and oil, then add the milk with the
melted yeast and flour! Leave it to feel like it ! They found the
dough roll out and cut into cubes so incase mold of muffins and
put ketchup, ham, cheese and oregano!
Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes

Cream Cake




Ingredients for crisp pastry :

· 250 grams flour
· 100 grams white sugar
· 1 egg
· 100 grams butter or margarine
· 1 tablespoon sour cream
· 1 baking powder
· 1 vanilla sugar

Ingredients for the cream :

· Half a liter of milk
· 200 grams white sugar
· 2 vanilla pudding
· 500 grams of frozen fruits(of your choice)
· 1 topping for cakes
· 800 grams sour cream

Dough make good hands and immediately injected into a mold
(bottom and sides ) cake size 26 . Put in refrigerator for half an hour.
Cook in boiling puddings but add sour cream and stir well.
Pour the cream immediately to the dough and place over fruit.
Frozen fruit do not thaw.Bake it for about an hour at 170 degrees.
Allow to cool for half an hour and
put in the fridge. After 5-6 hours to put the dressing over the fruit .

Chicken Pasta & Mushrooms




Ingredients :

15 ounces whole-wheat angel hair pasta
1/2 cup all-purpose flour, divided
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4 chicken cutlets trimmed
3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
10 ounce package mushrooms, sliced
4 large cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons capers, rinsed
3 teaspoons butter

Preparation :

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until just tender, 4-6 minutes or according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Meanwhile, whisk 5 teaspoons flour and broth in a small bowl until smooth. Place the remaining flour in a shallow dish. Season chicken with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper and dredge both sides in the flour. Heat 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink in the middle, 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate; keep warm. Heat the remaining 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil in the pan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, until they release their juices and begin to brown, about 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Add garlic and wine to the pan and cook until reduced by half, 2-3 minutes. Stir in the reserved broth-flour mixture, lemon juice and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens, about 7 minutes.
Stir in parsley, capers, butter and the reserved mushrooms. Measure out 1/2 cup of the mushroom sauce. Toss the pasta in the pan with the remaining sauce. Serve the pasta topped with the chicken and the reserved sauce.

Chicken Stuffed with Onions & Mozzarella Cheese



This recipe is delicious! It not only tastes amazing but also looks beautiful as well. Perfect dish for a small dinner party. I have always thoroughly enjoyed stuffed meat dishes when I have gone out to eat. This chicken is super yummy. Everyone loves it and emptied their plates. It’s on our dinner list now.

Ingredients :


  • 30 ml of extra-virgin olive oil,
  • 2 medium thinly sliced red onion
  • 200 grams of baby spinach
  •  2 cloves garlic
  • 10 gr of minced fresh rosemary,
  • pinch of teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 200 gr of shredded mozzarella cheese,
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 125 ml of white wine
  • 250 ml of chicken broth
  • 20 gr of all-purpose flour

Preparation :

Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion,cloves garlic baby spinach, and 1 teaspoon rosemary; cook, stirring occasionally until the onion is golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool; stir in fontina.





Meanwhile, cut a horizontal slit along the thin, long edge of each chicken breast half, nearly through to the opposite side. Stuff each breast with 3 tablespoons of the onion-cheese mixture. Heat the remaining oil in the same skillet over medium-high heat.




Add the chicken and cook until golden, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Add wine and the remaining rosemary to the pan. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Whisk broth and flour in a bowl until smooth; add to the pan, reduce heat to low and whisk until the sauce thickens. Return the chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce. Cook, covered until the chicken is just cooked through. Serve the chicken topped with the sauce.

Spicy Turkey Burgers




Ingredients :

For the pickled onions:

1 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 small red onion, very thinly sliced

For the burgers:

1 pound turkey breast
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon canola oil
4 whole-wheat buns, split
8 teaspoons mayonnaise


Preparation :

To prepare pickled onions:

Whisk vinegar, brown sugar, salt and allspice in a medium glass bowl. Cover and microwave on high until the mixture boils, 2-3 minutes and add onion

To prepare burgers:

Preheat grill to high. Place turkey in a medium bowl and gently mix in cilantro, cumin, ground chipotle, salt and until distributed throughout the meat. Form the mixture into 4 patties. Brush with oil. Grill the burgers until cooked through and no longer pink in the center, 5-6 minutes per side. Toast buns on the grill, if desired. Drain the onion, discarding the marinade. Spread 2 teaspoons mayonnaise on each bun; top with a burger and pickled onions.

Baked Parmesan Tomatoes





Ingredients :

4 tomatoes, halved horizontally
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil


Preparation :

Preheat oven to 450° F. Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet. Top with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.

Watermelon-Yogurt Ice





My favorite treat for hot summer days is definitely the ice cream. However, the most of the ice creams are filled with sugar, additives, milk so they have a lot of calories.
In this recipe, I will show you how to make tasty ice cream which is low on calories and refreshing.

Ingredients :

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup honey
4 cups diced seedless watermelon
1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
1 tablespoon lime juice

Preparation :

Combine water and honey in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring, over high heat until the honey is dissolved. Transfer to a glass measuring cup and let cool slightly. Put watermelon in a blender, in 2 batches, pulsing until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Whisk in the cooled honey syrup, yogurt and lime juice until combined. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into another large bowl, whisking to release all juice. Discard pulp. Pour the extracted juices into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Serve immediately or transfer to a storage container and freeze for up to 2 hours.

Berry Frozen Yogurt




Ingredients :

4 cups fresh or frozen and partially thawed blackberries or raspberries or a mixture of blackberries, raspberries and blueberries
7 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt

Preparation :

Combine berries, sugar and lemon juice in a food processor; process until smooth. Add yogurt and pulse until mixed in. If using fresh berries, transfer the mixture to a medium bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.Transfer the berry mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Serve immediately or transfer to a storage container and let harden in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Creamy Cucumber Soup




Cucumber Soup is perfect for hot summer days. Quick and easy to make and filled with refreshing ingredients. Use young cucumbers that do not need to peel, you will increase the nutritional value of soup.

Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 small onion,
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 5 cups peeled, seeded and thinly sliced cucumbers,
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
  • 1 avocado,
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
Preparation :

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, for about 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and cook for about 1-3 minute. Add cucumber slices,chicken broth, salt, pepper, bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook at a gentle simmer until the cucumbers are soft, for about 6-8 minutes. Transfer the soup to a blender. Add avocado and parsley, blend on low speed until smooth.
Pour into a serving bowl and stir in yogurt. Serve the soup warm or refrigerate and serve it chilled. Just before serving, garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.

Pumpkin Soup




Ingredients :
  • half of a pumpkin
  • 1 large potato
  • 3 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 ml of water
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • tablespoon fresh or dried thyme
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 220°C,line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Clean the seeds of the pumpkin,peel it and cut into cubes.Do the same with potatoes and onions, peel and cut into quarters.Peel the garlic. Put it all together in a bowl,add the oil,thyme,salt, and pepper and mix all the ingredients to be coated. Move to the baking sheet and bake for about 40-45 minutes,until the pumpkin and potatoes are tender.When the vegetables are cooked, move them into a blender or bowl, add water and blend. Boil for 7 minutes and add seasoning if necessary.

Serve with a little sour cream

  • 1,5  kg of plums

  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation :

To a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add oil, and continue adding water little by a little while stirring. Continue adding water until all the flour interfere.  Knead a soft dough, it will be a little sticky, but it should be supple.
Divide it into two pieces and cover with plastic wrap. Let rest for 1 hour.

Ingredients :

Roast Chicken






Ingredients :

1 small onion, peeled and quartered
3 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered
3 sprigs fresh tarragon
3 sprigs fresh thyme
1 5-pound chicken, giblets removed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


Preparation :

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place onion, garlic, tarragon and thyme into the chicken’s cavity. Tie the legs together with kitchen string, mostly closing the cavity opening.
