Quick Bread

This bread is lately often at our table, so if someone wants to try here is the recipe.
Even if you do not have to try a new dough mixer or bread maker, let yourself go and delight your family members with bread baked in your home. Even if it do not turns out perfectly, his beautiful flavor will stay in your kitchen for a long time.

  • 200 g of buckwheat flour
  • 300 g of whole wheat flour
  • teaspoon of salt
  • teaspoon of baking soda
  • 250 ml of yogurt
  • 250 ml of milk
  • a couple of slices of butter

Heat the oven to 200 °C .Mix flour, soda, and salt. Add yogurt and stir just to blend united. Dust the work surface with flour, roll over the dough. Shape into a ball and flatten slightly. Put the baking paper in the pan , ointments dough and place it on baking paper. Put in preheated oven and bake for about 30-40 min.

When bread gets golden brown color, turn off the oven, place the slices of butter on the bread. The bread return in a warm oven for the butter to melt . When the butter has melted, remove the bread from baking sheet and wrap it in a dish towel to cool down gradually.
