Beef Mignon

Nana recipes collection


Ingredients:
  • 1 kg of beef tenderloin
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 70 grams butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1decilliter of red wine
  • salt to taste
  • a pinch of pepper
Preparation:

Beef tenderloin cut out into smaller pieces of thickness about 4-5 centimeters. In a pan fry the bacon and onion. Put mignon in a pan and bake them well from both sides. Add the salt, pepper and wine and to cook additional 10-15 minutes. Serve it with cooked rice, mash potatoes or pasta.
