Ingridients:
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 50 grams of white sugar
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of cinnamon
- grated rind of one lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 125 grams of honey
- 50 grams of honey
- 1 teaspoon water
In a bowl, add a teaspoon of honey and water and warm up a bit , to become fluent . Then admixed with the other ingredients , except almonds. Pour hot water over the almonds then remove the shell and cut them lengthwise into halves. Knead smooth pastry. Dough rolling pin roll of thickness about half a centimeter.
