Honey Buns


  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 50 grams of white sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • grated rind of one lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 125 grams of honey
  • 50 grams of honey
  • 1 teaspoon water

In a bowl, add a teaspoon of honey and water and warm up a bit , to become fluent . Then admixed with the other ingredients , except almonds. Pour hot water over the almonds then remove the shell and cut them lengthwise into halves. Knead smooth pastry. Dough rolling pin roll of thickness about half a centimeter. Form a round scones diameter of 5 centimeters and decorate them with almonds. Grease a baking dish, arrange the patella and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown
