Rice and Bananas Cake




Rice pudding is surely one of the most common and easiest recipes in every household, and is particularly popular among children. Try the rice pudding in a completely different way. With just a few extras you'll get a perfect summer, fragrant cake with raspberry and rice. Delicious soft sponge cake, rice pudding with raspberry flavoring. 


Ingredients:

 Biscuit crust :
  •  300 grams of ground biscuits
  • 125 grams of butter 

Filling :
  • 200 grams of rice
  • 7.5 dl milk
  • 80 grams of white sugar
  • 4 bananas
  • 100 grams of raspberry jam
  • 200 mg cream
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • pinch of salt

Preparation:

Melt the butter  in the microwave to be liquid because it's easier to mix.
Ground biscuit mix with butter and pressed into the mold for the cake .


Cook the rice with milk, sugar and a little salt. When cooked, remove it from the heat and chill. In lukewarm rice add the melted butter. On the biscuit crust put a third of rice, then rings of bananas, and then again a layer of rice, then a layer of bananas and finally a layer of rice.At the last layer of rice put the raspberry jam. Chilled cake decorates with whipped cream if you like.
