Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams of white sugar
- 2 dl of milk
- half a glass of brandy
- 1 orange
Whisk the sugar and the eggs and when the mass become foamy add the brandy, orange juice and grated rind of an orange. Slowly pour the hot milk and good to mingle that are does not form the lumps. Cook by steaming while cream does not become a dense enough. Infuse into dessert bowls and leave in the fridge to cool down. After cooling, decorate as desired, with cream, with fruits, with nuts, almonds, hazelnuts...
