Stuffed Veal Breast

  • 1 kilo veal breast
  • 70 grams butter

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100 grams of almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • nutmeg
  • juice of half a lemon
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • two slices of old bread
  • bunch of parsley

Veal slimmed with the hammer for the meat. In bowl add the butter and egg and whisk foam. Then add salt and pepper and ground almonds, a little of nutmeg, chopped parsley leaves, the lemon juice and the crushed slices of bread. All stir well until the mixture is equalized. The meat fill with the filling and tie it with kitchen thread so that does not open during the cooking. Briefly fry rolls on a high heat. Put the in a baking pan and bake in the oven for about 1 hour at 180 degrees, until it softens. Before serving, cut the meat on slices , serve the meal with a desired side dish.
