Muffins With The Apricots

Nana recipes collection

  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 200 grams of dried apricots
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 120 grams butter
  • 1 orange
  • 100 milliliters of apricot yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

In a larger bowl, whisk egg, butter, sugar and vanilla extract. In a prepared mixture added to grated peel of orange, from apricot yoghurt and chopped dried apricots. Mold for muffins coated with butter and fill up prepared dough. Bake 20 minutes at 200 degrees and we should not open the oven earlier. When the are done, leave them to cool down progressively and then by them sprinkle it with a little powdered sugar.
