Codfish In Sweet And Sour Sauce





Codfish is a fish that can be prepared with different sauces . This week I suggest you to try the codfish with sweet - sour sauce.In my home we all love the fish and we eat fish at least once a week.
Very tasty, fast and easy way of preparing codfish! We like it a lot and often I am preparing this dish, try it, you may also enjoy this meal!

Ingredients:
  • 750 grams of Codfish fillets 
  • lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 pieces of leeks
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 160 milliliters of chili sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce 
  • 125 milliliters of chicken broth

Preparation:

Cut out the fish on big pieces, acidify with lemon juice and salt. Leave it in that marinade for an hour. Followed by, leeks cut out on the a long the pieces and simmer for 5-6 minutes in the pan. On a lightly heated oil put the fish which has been previously rolled in flour and fry it. Mix and heat the chili sauce, tomato sauce and chicken soup. When serving, on the a plate first to put pieces of fish, then as a side dish to put leek and pour over prepared sauce.
