Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- 100 grams of butter
- 200 milliliters of cream
Preparation:
Put the chocolate in a bowl and melt it steamed. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with butter like foam and add slowly the melted chocolate. In the third bowl, whisk egg whites with sugar, mix until you get a firm mass. In the mixture of egg white add the egg yolk with butter and gently stir. The finished cream pour into glasses and chill in the refrigerator for several hours . When serving garnish with whipped cream , which you have previously prepared .
