Minced Meat Steak

Nana recipe collection


Ingredients :
  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley leaf
  • 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 2 dl of oil

Preparation :

Clean the onions , mash with a knife on a board , and finely chop . Bread dip in lukewarm milk, drain, then add salt, egg, parsley and chopped garlic. Oil heat over medium heat. On your palm shape the steaks, each roll in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil until they get a nice golden brown on both sides. Serve warm with a side dish to taste. ( Rice , mashed potatoes , pasta , salads, mushrooms…)
