Veal chops with lemon



Ingredients:
  • 4 veal chops
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper
Preparation:

In a preheated pan put chops and bake for two minutes on each side. Pour the lemon juice, salt, pepper. Allow the gravy becomes denser and serve hot steaks.
