Red Pudding



Ingredients:
  • 250 grams of raspberries
  • 250 grams of cherries, cleansed of the kernel
  • 250 grams of red grapes
  • 100 grams of starch (potato flour)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation:

Wash raspberries, cherries and grapes, and put in a pot, add brown sugar, and fruits to cook on low heat. Through a strainer spill to be about 750 milliliters. prepared syrup from the fruit back into the pot and cook on low flame. In the meantime, dissolve 100 grams of starch in a little cold water, heat up the syrup from the fruit to simmering and cook over very low heat.
